Beef, Noodles and Asian Green Bean Recipe

Ingredients for beef, noodles and Asian green bean recipe:
Sauce
2 teaspoons cornflour
1/2 cup (125ml/4 fl oz.) chicken stock
1/3 cup (80ml/2 3/4 fl oz.) light soy sauce
1/4 cup (60ml/2 fl oz.) oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
450g (14 oz.) Hokkien noodles
oil, for cooking
500g (1lb) rump steak, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
5cm (2 inch), stem lemon grass white part only, chopped
4 spring onions, cut into short lengths
200 g (6 1/2 oz.) beans, cut into short lengths
2 bok choy, roughly chopped
1/2 bunch choy sum, roughly chopped
Directions for beef, noodles and Asian green bean recipe:
1. When you will want to start cooking the beef, noodles and Asian green bean recipe, keep in mind these guidelines. Blend the cornflour with a little of the stock until smooth. Add all the remaining sauce ingredients.
2. Place the noodles in a large howl, Cover with boiling water and leave for 2 minutes. Drain well.
3. Heat the wok until very hot, add 1 tablespoon of the oil and swirl it around to coat the side. Add half the beef strips and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes, or until just cooked. Remove from the wok. Heat another tablespoon of oil, and cook the rent of the beef, Remove from the wok.
4. Heat another tablespoon of oil in the wok. Add the garlic, ginger, lemon grass, spring onion and beans and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Stir through the bok choy and choy sum and cook for 1 minute, or until just wilted.
5. Push the vegetables to one side. Add the cornflour mixture to the juices and stir for 2 minutes, or until thickened and heated through, Add the beef and noodles and stir-fry for a further 1 minute to coat in the sauce.
